Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% after inspection before shipping .
We match the colors with Pantone matching system. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the color. Or we will recommend you some popular colors.
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D mold or print screen according to the technology for your final confirmation.
Usually our MOQ is 500 pieces. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly, and hope you can place a large order after checking our product quality and understanding our service.
Of course. We usually provide exit samples for free. But a little sample fee for custom design. Sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it's okay to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight to our pope and we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, depends on your design whether they need new printing screen etc.
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity and can ensure fast delivery time even with large quantity.
